Back in court AGAIN? Lindsay Lohan 'to sue her own fashion label over rights to trademark 6126 name'

Lindsay Lohan is going back to court - this time, as plaintiff - to sue her former fashion label.
The Liz and Dick actress - who launched the 6126 Collection along with her business partner Kristi Kaylor in 2008 - is expected to file a $1.1 million lawsuit against the label today over rights to the 6126 brand name, reports TMZ.
The troubled star, 26, claims she owns the trademark to 6126.

She chose the numerological name in honor of her idol Marilyn Monroe's birth date, June 1, 1926.
Miss Lohan's lawyer, Perry Wander, is expected to file the lawsuit in federal court today.
 
Her 6126 line - which has been inactive since 2010 - specialized in leggings designed by the actress before ranging into a wide variety of clothing.

It isn't the first time the label has come under legal fire.
In 2010, photographer Nathan Scott filed a lawsuit against 6126 and Lindsay, alleging he was promised one per cent interest in the company in exchange for shooting promotional pictures for the fashion line.
The actress previously said of 6126's fashion range: 'I took inspiration from old Hollywood glamor and added a modern edge.'
