She has been renting the condominium while her neighbouring $47 million Los Angeles penthouse is under construction but a judge could force her out of the $28,000 per month unit, reports TMZ.com.

According to the court documents filed on February 22 in L.A. County Superior Court, the company that owns the unit at the Carlyle building, claims Candy's lease ended on January 31st and she has refused to vacate.
But in legal papers Candy filed on February 19, she says she extended the lease for six months and has paid for the month of February.

She also states that she has had to spend $10,000 to fix the condo’s air conditioning and heating system, as well as pay almost double the price for utilities and share her private elevator with other tenants.
